- Inspection & checking pvc film in details before delivery goods
- make customized sample, checking pvc film color,pattern,emboss to match with customer sample
- checking embossed pvc film thickness,the net thickness will be before emboss
- checking high gloss pvc film thickness,the net thickness will be not including protective film
- checking pvc rolling width,1240mm,1260mm,1400mm,1420mm or customized width
- cut same size of pvc film (1m2 film from all items with same thickness) to check it's weight
- wrap pvc film in rolling tightly and smoothly,also with longer paper tube to protect pvc film
